Feeling thankful for good friends and people who share the same need to save pups.

Tracy Hawkins and i made a quick drive to Lexington this evening to meet transport to save mama and her babies that needed immediate rescue.

Thank you Ellie Grant for letting us know about this little family and the urgency.

Mama Bailey and her babies are now safe with us. Mama is timid and scared but we know that with love and gentle care, she will warm up quickly.

Jessica Caudill (one of our kennel techs) had mama sitting on her lapand giving her kisses in no time.

These cuties are only 5 weeks old so it will be a bit before they are ready for homes.

Folks...we ask your understanding if we don't respond to phone calls, text messages, emails or Facebook messages 24 hours a day.

We have families and other obligations

We always try to answer during business hours of 9am to 7pm Monday thru Friday if we can..before 9am and after 7pm we will respond if we are available. Saturday it will be difficult to get ahold of us due to meet and greet and Sunday we will try to return calls and such after church

Today we say goodbye to our beloved Raggedy Ann.

How we wish we could have found you years ago. How much you must have suffered at the hands of your previous owners.

When you came to us on July 27th of last year, we knew you needed us to seek justice for you.

Thank you to our dedicated team who not only found her but immediately did all they could to save her.

Thank you to all our supporters who helped with her medical costs and who stood by us when attending the trial of her abuser.

We want to thank our country warden Clermont County Animal Shelter Tim Pappas Jaeger for your relentless support in seeking justice for you.

We are honored that we made the last few months of your life safe and comfortable. We are so thankful to our wonderful foster Edna Mae Mccomas Ritchie for keeping you safe and showing you so much love and tenderness.

As you cross the Rainbow Bridge, we hope you only take these kind memories with you and not the previous 16 years of abuse.

Her name is Miss Butterfly per Home Again Microchip company.

Her microchip is registered but have not been able to get a hold of Smith from Batavia
