Please remember to be kind this holiday season. My girls are working overtime and most days without breaks to get everyone in. And as most of you know they are amazing women and don’t deserve to be yelled at. If there is a grievance to be had please keep it kind and call me directly. Please keep in mind those grievances can all be pulled up on cameras. I thank each and every one of you for being apart of the Groomery family. But we are all just trying to get everyone in this holiday season and completely packed. Being kind goes a long way. Please have patience as we are often running a bit behind right now due to the value of fur baby’s. And things don’t always goes as expected and push us even further behind.

Due to the large number of last min cancellations and no shows please be aware we will be charging a fee if 48hr cancellation is not given and or no show. I am truly sorry to do this. There always exceptions to this for emergencies and what not. But given the last min I can not fill that time slot. I am sorry for any inconvenience this causes anyone. Please remember you can call , text or shoot us a email through Facebook if you need to reschedule.

Good afternoon I would like to start by thanking all of our wonderful clients for a spectacular year!!! We thank all of you, and look forward to continuing to see you next year. Secondly due to the expected storm we will close a day early. The shop will reopen on Jan 2. I hope everyone has a merry Christmas and a safe new year.

We are currently booked until July. We are doing our best to get everyone including even coming in early! We will be closed the week June 20th for vacation. Our first day back is June 29th.
