She is a very careful show jumper and a cross country machine. She has been thoughtfully produced in Boyd Martin’s program for the past few seasons.

Priced in the mid-5’s.

After two big weekends in a row I would like to extend a huge thank you to all my supporters. It was great to have two successful trips with Bonito at the and MP at . I could not do this without all the help from my team behind the scenes - Seth Chapman, Stella Marsh and Brie Giunta as well as all coaches, vets and sponsors.

It’s a top 20 finish for Bonito in the competitive @maryland5star CCI3*L! I am so proud of how hard he tried for me all weekend finishing with just one down on the final day. Now for a bunch of treats and vacation. ⭐️🦀

Bonito was a champion around the tough @maryland5star 3*-L track coming home with just 8.8 time penalties ⚡️

Dressage is done and Bonito and I look towards a big day of cross country on Saturday. 🎉 👀

Happy to be back at the @maryland5star for the third year in a row! Bonito has settled in nicely and was accepted in the CCI3*-L.

MP and I made it happen today around a tough 4* course at Morven Park. We finish off the weekend tomorrow with show jumping and head home to regroup with Bonito contesting the Maryland CCI3*-L next weekend.

Thrilled to welcome Fleeceworks to the team! Their saddle pads and half pads keep the horses comfortable and stylish in all three phases at competition and at home in the schooling ring.

A competitive dressage test for MP in the Brooke USA CCI4*-S to score a 36.0. More work to do but excited for the rest of the weekend here at beautiful @plantationfield. 🤩

Bonito is all settled in at Plantation Field Horse Trials and relaxing thanks to his favorite Sports Innovation blanket. 🙌

About Alex Conrad

During his high school years, Alex spent his summers working for international event rider Beth Perkins. He then went on to work for 4 star event rider Ashley MacVaugh while attending Boston University. After graduating, Alex moved to PA to be a working student and eventually assistant rider for Ryan Wood. There he gained invaluable experience riding sales horses, schooling competition horses, starting babies, conditioning upper level horses, etc. Alex particularly enjoys working with young horses and off the track thoroughbreds. He is very excited to have recently started his own business and is working hard to get some promising young horses to the upper levels of the sport.

Alex is currently based out of the beautiful Fox Race Farm in Amenia, NY but frequently teaches in both Hamilton, MA and Durham, NH.
