We are honored and thrilled to announce that American Canyon Community Cats has received a generous grant from The David and Jane Gotelli Family Fund, a Field of Interest Fund of Napa Valley Community Foundation.

This vital funding will directly support our mission: to help all cats live happy and healthy lives through rescue, shelter, rehabilitation, trap, neuter, vaccinate, return, adoption, and community-wide education.

Specifically, this grant will help us continue providing spay and neuter programs for community cats—programs that are essential to controlling the cat population humanely and improving the well-being of cats and communities alike.

We are deeply grateful to the Gotelli Family Fund and Napa Valley Community Foundation for believing in the power of compassion and supporting the important work we do every day.

Lilly & Lilah — Two Bonded Sisters Still Looking for Their Forever Home 💕
These beautiful girls have been patiently waiting for someone to see just how special they are. Lilly (tabby) and Lilah (black & white) are a bonded pair of nearly 1-year-old sisters who share a beautiful connection — where one goes, the other follows. 💞

Lilah is the playful one, always entertaining herself (and us!) with toys, zoomies, and her curious energy. Lilly is more of a laid-back soul — the sweet observer who loves lounging in the sun and soaking up lap time. Together, they make the purr-fect pair: playful, affectionate, and full of love.

They adore each other, and they also enjoy the company of their dog friend — so a home with a respectful pup would be just fine with them! 🐶💕

These girls are sweet, social, and ready to be your loyal companions. Whether you're reading a book on the couch or watching TV, they'll be right there, curled up close, reminding you what unconditional love feels like.

This award is a testament to the power of compassion, teamwork, and the unwavering dedication of our amazing community. Every single cat helped, every adoption, every rescue, every moment of care — it’s all because of our wonderful volunteers and kind donors.

Bruno is a handsome, gentle kitty with a heart full of love, searching for his perfect forever home.

This sweet boy is a social cat who loves human companionship and enjoys gentle pets. He’ll often hop up next to you and rest his paws on your lap to ask for affection. He's also the perfect TV-watching buddy, happily lounging by your side during your favorite show.

While Bruno isn’t the biggest fan of being picked up, he’s learning to trust and doesn’t mind it with familiar people. With a little patience and time, he’ll blossom into a confident and loving companion.

Bruno is FIV-positive, which simply means he has a weaker immune system compared to other cats. But with a healthy diet, routine vet care, and lots of love, Bruno can live a long, happy life. FIV is only transmitted between cats through deep bite wounds, so Bruno is perfectly safe to be around people and other pets. Still, he would do best as the only cat in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention.

Bruno would thrive in an experienced cat household where his adopters understand feline behavior and can give him the time and patience he needs to fully come out of his shell.

If you’re looking for a friendly, affectionate cat who will flourish in a calm, understanding home, Bruno might just be your perfect match.

Meet Millie, last year this smart girl was trapped at the Steel Mill with her kittens. They all went into foster care as a family. The kittens went up for adoption once weaned and Millie was spayed, vaccinated and ear tipped. She now lives with a loving caregiver as a garden kitty.

A lot of people were involved in making this a successful story. Trappers, fosters, transporters, Napa Humane for spay/neuter surgery, our recovery volunteers and adopters.
