Our Story
Training Program Our training program promotes harmony between horses and riders while teaching the disciplines of three day eventing, dressage and jumping. Training focuses on teaching a balanced seat, proper jump position, and dressage fundamentals. This enables our students to build a skill set of tools that will help them achieve their goals both in riding and in life!
Riding School We teach adult amateurs, young riders and children who are show oriented, want to qualify and compete at championships as well as students who just want to improve their riding and have fun with horses. Safety is our number one priority and we pride ourselves on facilitating a fun, positive experience with horses at home and at competitions.
Young Rider Programs Skye Valley Pony Club Skye Valley Pony Club Riding Center emphasizes learning riding skills, horse-care fundamentals and team participation while building good sportsmanship skills. We strive to help the rider develop character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community. Our program is dedicated to developing knowledgeable, competent, responsible and caring equestrians.
IEA Team - Middle School and High School Ride on a competitive show team and compete without having to own a horse! Teams form each summer and we compete throughout Northern California and catch ride horses at various venues. We support each other as a team, build new relationships and use our equine toolbox to develop effective horsemanship skills as we catch ride horses all over our region.
