Swissys are truly amazing canine companions whom we believe are great family dogs. Our puppies are well socialized, healthy, mentally sound, and beautiful in every way. We take great pride in our dogs and do our very best to create the best dog for every home. We try to go above and beyond when breeding and raising our puppies. Some days as a dog breeder are harder than others. The days when I get the opportunity to usher a dog that I brought into the world out of it definitely fall into that hard day category. I usually only get the calls or the texts from puppy families at the end and my heart hurts every time and I grieve from afar with every family. Rarely do I get the honor of sitting with a wonderful family who have been in my life for 12 years as they say goodbye to their beloved dog that was born into my hands so many years ago. This has got to be one of the most humbling things about what I do.
I feel so blessed by the families who love my puppies and seeing and feeling that love is what makes the hard days worth it.
RIP Thor Dog 02/2013-11/2024 and all my love to his family. ❤️

The previously posted video was the result of me asking Lyra to hold still and pose for a birthday photo. Oh Noodle, you're the best. Thank you for letting me bring this girl home 8 years ago. She has been a blessing in our house and we love her derpy self so much. Happy 8th birthday Lyra!

Look up here, look up here! The amigos are off! I am so excited to watch these kids grow and blossom with their new families. Each family has or had a Swissy from us already and my heart is huge that they have all opened their homes even wider to another! Lucky stayed here in Utah and is now Lottie. Ray and I flew both Ned and Dusty to California yesterday, and they are now Colin and Benni. We will miss them all! A small litter makes for pretty heafty attachments from everyone in our house but we know they will all be loved big time by their new families! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Better late than never eh? More accolades from our show a couple weeks ago, and at this late date I'm sure I'll forget someone. Not in photo order, and some not even pictured, not sure how we managed that. BUT how cute is that little ribbon holder?! She took her job very seriously.
Mama Lulu finished her BRONZE Grand Championship just a few months after sending her "Hook" puppies off to their homes. I previously posted about the boys but to recap, Doune finished his Grand Championship and Herbert finished his Championship. In girls, someone different got points every day which is always fun, Lucy, Elle and baby Poppy all went home with majors. An extra fun moment of the weekend was old lady Phoenix winning a Veterans Group One! That was quite special. Phoenix brought me Kim who has become a very best friend to me and I felt so blessed to be able to cheer them on in the ring once again.
We loved seeing our out of town friends and thank you thank you to ALL those who stepped in to help handle young dogs for me and my bum hand. Seriously, the best people ever! ❤️ ❤️

Finally able to post about this super star boy. Herbert! 18 month old, Moab\Harlow kid. A few weekends ago he came out to play show dog and did ALL the things! He came into the weekend with ZERO points, having only shown as a very baby boy, and finished the weekend with a CHAMPIONSHIP plus some! Three 5 point majors, one of which was also a Best Opposite over several male specials and then Best of Breed on his first day moved up against the big grown up dogs! He had to one up his mama who finished her CH in 3 weekends.
Thank you to Jennifer for being so kind when your one handed wonder of a friend asked you to wrangle a potential squirrel boy. You made a great team!! 👏 👏👏
Also a big shout out to his people Ian and Kat! I still can't get over how pretty his nails were! 😁
I am very excited to watch this boy grow up!!

Dog show weekend starting with a bang! This big goober can now demand to be called GRAND! Pending AKC approval Doune is now GCH CH Blue Hill Turned Me into a Newt! He's the best, putting up with a handler with only 1 2\5 hands, aka the T-Rex claw. I'm so lucky to have this best boy as my buddy. ❤️ ❤️
