Santa Day ham Winners!

Arnell Memorial Humane Society attended Amery Fall Festival activities on Saturday. We had a great group at the Arts and Craft Fair at Soo Line Park and some walked in the parade! At the Arts and Craft Fair, we sold raffle tickets, discussed volunteer and foster opportunities, chatted with folks about their adopted pets from AMHS, and offered guidance on pet issues. During the parade, some of our smiling walkers threw candy out while pushing shopping carts dressed as cats and dogs, while others walked dogs. Many spectators enjoyed petting the dogs during the parade. It was a fun filled event in our community and we are thankful to have been a part of it!

Meet Halle, a 7-month-old Shepherd mix with a heart of gold! Weighing in at 45 pounds and still growing, this sweet and gentle pup is looking for her forever home. Halle has a loving nature and has done wonderfully with people of all ages. While she may be a bit timid around new things, she's eager to build confidence with the right training and support. Halle gets along well with other dogs and may need a slow introduction to cats. She's scheduled to be spayed on 8/9/24 and will be able to leave shortly thereafter.
