Due to cold temperatures and staffing concerns, Top Paw will not be able to offer daycare services tomorrow, Friday Dec 23rd. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, Dec 27th. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you have a happy holiday!

The time has finally come, we are reopening!!! If you haven't received a call or email from us yet, we apologize, we are trying to get through our contact list as fast as possible!! Please call us at 515-233-9663, anytime Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 5:00. Our new prices and forms have been updated on our website. We're scheduling grooms for as soon as possible, and appreciate your patience while we continue to reorganize our schedule back to where it was. An enormous thank you to all the wonderful people who helped us through this challenge! Tim Patterson, we could never have done this without you!!

We are so happy to announce that we are in the final days of renovation!! Pending the schedule of our final inspection, we hope to be reopening in a week or so! Our phone will be reconnected as soon as possible, and our phone number is to remain the same. There have been changes to our hours of operation and price guide, which we will update this week. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions or a personal price quote. We will be contacting everyone as soon as we can get grooms scheduled! Daycare dogs, we hope you're all rested and ready to play! Thank you all so much for your support and patience, it has been an emotional journey, but we are so happy to be coming back! We have missed you all so much!!!

Sorry for the delay, Top Paw family, but we have an exciting update! We have secured a location at 715 E Lincoln Way here in Ames, and renovations are underway!! We are battling shipping delays and speed bumps, but we are all working very hard to get reopened as soon as possible, hopefully sometime this November! We will contact everyone as soon as we can start scheduling appointments, and will try to update as often as possible! If you have any questions, email us at [email protected], or come see us this Saturday at the Ames Area Pet Appreciation day, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Inis Grove Park's Walnut Shelter!

As of August 31st, 2021 Top Paw will be closed until further notice while we plan our relocation. This has been a hard time for all of us, and we thank all of you for the last 9 years of love and support, and for your patience and understanding. We will update as soon as we can, and we hope to see you all soon!
