Build update #4 - A whole lot of hauling! (this was several weeks ago, I'm just behind on the video editing) ๐
We got flooring, drywall, paint, windows, doors, handles for said doors, lumber for the new walls and screws.... and at the end of the day we got all the slatwall rehomed!

It's amazing how resilient cats can be, even in the toughest situations. Alaric, along with a couple siblings were found with their deceased owner, who had passed away a few weeks prior.
Sadly there was no access to food during this time so he was pretty emaciated.... making the process risky, but he was incredibly well-behaved throughout. He's now getting excellent care and will be at the Ames Animal Shelter go check him out!

We entered a grant competition and while I was super anxious to share this and have stewed for days trying to come up with the right words to write here... I just couldn't do it, I made multiple videos, posts, all are still in drafts. But then Alaric came in... and honestly, it was instantly clear what I should say and how I should put this.
