Because I can't say to to the furbabies and foster pups.. 🤣 6 currently in the house and soon to be 7.
Prices for treats are adding up quick..
So,.. making homemade treats .
Shaved beef, peas, carrots, oats, eggs, olive oil, flour and a little gravy..
Had to test the "batter".... Dog tested, dog approved..
Now they cook.

6 months ago my family and I decided to foster some dogs/ puppies... little did we know just how involved we wanted to be..
Wellllll.... 28 foster pups later ( because we obviously have a problem with saying no to such cute faces) I am now an adoption coordinator for Red Dog rescue and I love it.
I (we, because I am not complete without my family) love not only giving a rescues pup/dog a temporary home and provide them with lots of love, but I love being able to find the perfect family for certain pups.
I am so very grateful for all that has helped donate items along the way.. BEYOND BLESSED!!
I have in return started making some items to not only offset helping these furbabies with whatever they need as they enjoy their temporary stay at LA casa Asciutto, but make way to their new journey in their new home. ( including a "diaper bag" of items to help them adjust in their new home)
I am not only putting aside funds from these to help furbabies in my home, but will be donating a portion of sales to Red dog rescue. Hoping to make enough to donate to other rescues as well.

** Adjustable Bandanas. $10.00. An extra $2.00 for adding a name. Sizes are small/ medium will fit dogs and puppy's 10lbs to about 40ish lbs and medium/ large will fit 40lbs and up. I will be making more designs in the upcoming weeks.

Also a tug of war ropes. $5.00 each. Approximately 2 and 1/2 feet long.

Been a little busy this past week. On top of projects around the house, and camping, I managed to make some home made Salsa.
19 jars today, 7 a few days ago. ( my family ate 5 jars already 🤦‍♀️) I made mild, medium and pineapple salsa.

Used up some more carrots we had.
Today's furbaby treats are blueberry carrot.
Instead of drop cookies, I made a sheet ( 2 sheets) and cut them into squares.
Shredded carrots, blueberries, flour, oil and eggs.
Dog tested🐶, dog approved 😂

These are more of a necessity to make lately...
For all making homemade masks like me and seeing that elastic is hard to find, I improvised with using a pair of tights and cutting them into strips. Works just as good and alot softer.
