We are a busy and compassionate veterinary hospital looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting clients and pets with a welcoming attitude.
• Managing phone calls: scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing education to clients.
• Handling administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing.
• Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining a clean and professional front desk area.
