A reminder if you get a trophy you want mounted in these warm early days please be sure to get the cape off, freeze, or cool it and get it to me ASAP. Do not put ice directly on it. Water and warm temps will destroy it. We want to see those nice early season capes and don’t want you to have to get a replacement!

🟧Happy (almost) October 1st 🟧

Wishing fellow hunters a successful, safe, and rewarding season! Please feel free to reach out with questions and ideas!! I would love to work on some habitat pieces this year. I’m looking forward to the season and seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new. I always enjoy hearing your hunting stories. Swipe to see the repair . Tick damage has been brutal. I even had to cut a huge section of bald skin out and sew it and tweak the brisket to hide this big patch. These things take time and attention, but they are always worth the result!

Chocolate antlered New Hampshire buck went home today!! 2022 was a season I got 2 out of state customers and it was such an exciting milestone!

Something small I’ve been wanting to do for a while is take pictures of the mounts in natural lighting. I think it more accurately represents what it looks like and it feels more authentic to see it outside!

Life’s been kind of wild this past year. Here’s some pics of some deer that have been going out. Super proud of where I started to here, but still working on getting better! Working really hard past midnight most nights, and spending random small bits of time trying to research how I can be better. Thank you to those who have continued to support me!!

And so off goes another one to its home 🦌 Although you likely wouldn’t ever see this scar once the deer is put up on the wall, I wanted to spend extra time making sure this deer was the best it could be!

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is hosting a youth education event at this year's Montana Taxidermist's Association Convention in Billings on March 16!

Participants will learn the different ways you can preserve the memories of the fish you catch, and will get an opportunity to create a painted fish print to take home.

The event is open to youth aged 9 and older. Participants MUST be accompanied by an adult. The event will be limited to 20 participants, and will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

This beautiful buck went home today. As probably the biggest I’ve done to date, it was a little intimidating, but a happy customer is always my goal- and that he was! This buck was a big conversation starter sticking out on my back shelf for a while. Hope it gets as much talk on the hunters wall. 🦌

Hi everyone,

With the season kicking up and gun season opening up soon, I wanted to let you all know I am working my hardest on getting last seasons deer back around that one year time mark!

I will also be trying to update my website in the near future! I’m only going to be taking whitetail shoulder mounts this season.

Hi everyone, just wanted to give a quick update as I get back to work after maternity leave. My husband and I bought our first home and welcomed our first child this summer. I still am on track to get your deer back approximately a year from when it was dropped off. I appreciate your business, patience, and support!!

I will be in touch when your deer is roughed in, allowing you a heads up on the remaining balance while the mount takes 1-2 weeks to dry. I will be offering for mounts to be picked up at our old or new location to accommodate the change since last season. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out!
