It truly takes a village, and thanks to so many caring hearts, Nino will be joining BRB tomorrow. A foster is ready, hope is restored, and this sweet boy is finally on his way to the life he deserves. 🥹💛

Now we just need one last piece to make it happen - a freedom ride 🚗✨ from the shelter in Baldwin Park to his foster home in San Fernando, CA (even part way helps!). If you can assist with transport for Nino, please DM us. Let’s finish this rescue together and get Nino safely into his foster home.

Sweet Harper needs a new foster home. She’s currently battling a respiratory infection and needs a calm place where she can rest, heal, and feel safe. Because of her illness, she must be kept separate from other dogs for now.

Harper is gentle, affectionate, and already craving the comfort of human connection. A quiet home and a little patience will make all the difference as she recovers. If you can offer her a soft landing spot while she heals, please reach out…she truly needs you.

Nino is a senior boy who has known far too much loss. After years of being let down, he sits at the Baldwin Park shelter, exhausted and hurting.

He doesn’t need much. Just a quiet place, a soft bed, and gentle hands to remind him he’s safe. A committed foster can give him the dignity every senior deserves. Please contact us ASAP if you can foster Nino.

Pedro is a 7-year-old, 9 lb Maltese who is quietly waiting at the Downey shelter for someone to step up for him. He’s a small, gentle boy who doesn’t belong in a loud, stressful kennel.

BRB would love to help Pedro, but we can’t do it without a foster. A soft bed, patience, and a little love could completely change his world.

Welcome to BRB, Nico 🤍

Just days ago, Nico was adopted from the Baldwin Park shelter - and heartbreakingly, he found himself back behind shelter walls at Lancaster shortly after.

Now, Nico is finally safe with Bichon Rescue Brigade. He’s taking in this new chapter one step at a time, surrounded by people who are committed to him for the long haul. No more uncertainty, no more bouncing between places…just care, stability, and the promise of a better future.

We’re so glad you’re here, Nico. You won’t be let down again. Thank you for following his journey, making sure he is safe, and fostering him.

✨ Foster needed to save Bubbles ✨

Meet Bubbles, an adorable 10-month-old, 11.4 lb poodle mix who is just a puppy trying to make sense of the shelter. He’s sweet and full of that irresistible puppy charm. 🫧

Bubbles currently has some nasal discharge, so he’ll need to be kept separate from other dogs while he’s monitored, but otherwise, he’s just a normal, playful pup who would thrive in a foster home.

We’d love to get this little guy out of the shelter and into a safe place where he can rest, recover, and be a puppy.

Welcome to BRB, Murphy 💙
(formerly Ricky from Baldwin Park)

Murphy’s world was turned upside down when he entered the shelter with the dog he loved most - and then watched her and their newborn puppies leave without him. Our gentle boy was left alone in a loud, confusing place.

Despite everything, Murphy is pure sweetness. He’s tender, loving, and quietly hopeful. We’re so grateful he’s finally part of the BRB family, where he’ll never be forgotten and will get the love he deserves.
