Having a routine for your puppies is a MUST!
Not having a routine for a puppy or adult dog leads to them creating their own things to do. You may run into naughty behaviors in the home or even in public. Everything links to something.

Hand feeding is important for the beginning stage of a puppies life. Something simple as in when the puppy looks at you REWARD! Or even when they follow you without begging them REWARD! You’re free shaping something that you’re going to need in the future.

If you need help with getting on the right track with your puppy or even adult dogs. I start all my new clients off with in home training to teach clear communication at a low distraction rate. I teach the owners how to train their dog in home before entering the big world with a lot of distractions. We have to be fair to them.

Also people have to understand to understand the dog in front of them. Understanding why the dog is doing what it’s doing? That’s the biggest question you have to ask, what does the dog want to work for and how willing are you to spend the time to do whatever the dog needs.

This course starts off as solo, once things are clear for handler/Dog then we will move into group training.
There is no extra cost for group training.

Opl learning to “settle” in place.. this in my opinion is the hardest thing for a dog. Especially high energy dogs. This is probably the best thing you can teach other than recall!

Opl has her first two sessions with her parents this weekend, to teach her parents the new was of her obedience.

Some may ask why I hand feed instead of using the bowl to feed.
It’s building engagement when hand feeding. You will see and dog get super excited once the bowl is out but care less about the one who’s feed. Why don’t you switch the roles, make the fun come from you. You are the bowl you are the main prize. This helps with behaviors as well. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is having a blessed day. I want to Thank all my clients and previous clients with trusting me with their family member 🐕

Opals update! She’s is coming out of her shell and now wanting to work for her breakfast and all meals. - We are just “free shaping” at the moment. This is what this first week is about, building trust with me before actual training!
