We are going to be having another curiosity class!

This Saturday, at Anchorage Greens, 4:30pm Mary-Ellen with Common Root AK will be sharing about the process of fermentation and preserving food!

If you have been curious about preserving food with fermentation, this is an excellent opportunity to dip your toes in! Mary-Ellen will provide a hands on experience and answer all of your questions to get you started on the journey!

I really need to make multiple posts if I want to have any chance of sharing pictures of all the varieties we have coming out of the garden! Leafy Asian greens in purple and green, Swiss chard, mustard greens, multiple basil varieties, parsley, dill, and of course lettuce of every shape and color! Plus lots more I am not mentioning.
