We have had someone reach out to us about re-homing their roughly 7 year old mixed breed. Lives in Seward. The dog is mixed with Bernese mtn dog, maybe St. Bernard or some other large breed.

Our club only works with purebred Bernese Mtn dogs. This one is definitely a mix.

We have directed the family to other rescue groups, but figured we would in good faith make a post if anyone is interested in a mix. We can put you in contact with them or give you the information we know. Please private message us, we won’t respond to information request on the post, only private message.

We have an opportunity to walk in the parade on June 10th out in Palmer.

Before we finalize the application, we wanted to make sure we had enough dogs/people interested in walking with us to represent the club.

Please comment below by 6/4/23 if you would be able to attend. We believe you have to be lined up by 9ish but we can confirm details as we get closer.

You do not have to be a member to come walk with us and your Berner !
