While the groupers (Cromileptes altivelis and Cephalopholis cruentata) are primarily fed meatier foods like mysis shrimp, the yellow tangs (Zebrasoma flavescens) act as the clean up crew, constantly grazing on algae to help keep the tank clean. We also feed these guys Nori soaked in selcon to help boost their immune system.
