💕 Hola! It’s me, Zuko, again. :) Oh boy, have I grown since the last update. I have gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Italy can still carry me but only for a short period. Talking about Italy, we LOVE each other so much. I have easily become one of her favorite doggies of all time. Yes, I can drive her crazy. Especially when I do not want to go back inside (being stubborn) or when I want to be a construction worker (left a good dent in the wall). Regardless, she loves me. I have learned attacking the wall is not allowed. For the stubbornness, it’s a work in progress. I learned from the Huskies. Italy told me to learn good habits.

Anyway, my embark test came back on December 23rd, 2024. I am clear from 272 health issues! Yippee! This includes the vWD and DCM. As mentioned in the prior post, I will be tested by OFA once I am older.

My socialization is better. I went to Tractor Supply to pick up dog food. I stayed in the car. However, it was fun after a while. Especially since Italy stayed in the back and gave me treats. My socialization with other dogs is GREAT. I love all the dogs. I enjoy playing tag. My current friends are the older Husky puppies. I am going to miss them when they find their forever homes.
My favorite toy? Oh boy. The Jumbo Reindeer. I will give him CPR, throw him in the air, and use him as a pillow. We are best buds.

🩻Hey, it’s me, Kiara! I was taken to Mountain View Vet Services for my hip x-ray and have it sent to OFA. My results are back and published on the OFA website. I was given GOOD hips. Which means they did not see any signs of hip dysplasia. 🙂 yay!

❤️Retiring and rehoming a dog is one of the hardest choices we have to make. We cannot keep all of them. We need to be cognizant of our numbers. When we retire a dog, the family is given a similar contract we give to our puppy adopters - spay/neuter (if not already spayed/neutered), keep in touch, return if things don't work out, etc.

❤️ Hello everyone! I will like to officially introduce myself. My name is Zuko, Prince of the Fire Nation. I am the future sire of the Doberman Palace breeding back. At first I was extremely nervous, however Mr. Incredible was my emotional support dog. Showing me the ropes. :)

Italy says we will continue working with my socialization. So families who are picking up pups at Anderson might see me. Once I’m comfortable with this, I will be taken to stores. Baby steps.

I am house and crate trained. I know “sit”, “eat”, and “vamanos”. Currently learning “paw” and to not jump on people or other dogs. I was a menace to the adults dogs. Jumping on them. However I learned that is frowned upon. Especially since I’m going to be a big boy. Italy has a long list of commands I need to learn. Something about being the future protecter of the Anderson breeding program.

Anyways, I have met the pack.I enjoy everyone’s company. However I prefer to be with the Husky puppies. 🐶

Last but not least, my embark test is being processed. We should hear back from them by early January. Once I’m older, I will also be tested with OFA.

Well that is all for now. As I continue to grow, I will tell Italy to post updates. Merry Christmas 🎄

As you have noticed, we have been looking for a male . It’s been over a year looking for the right fit (still ongoing). The following are our requirements:
- No in**st for obvious reasons.
- No Z factor. This is due to the albino factor. A WZ Doberman can have problems with cancer, painful eyesight in bright light, poor temperaments (nervy and sometimes fear biting), and poor conformation.
- VwD clear. vWD is a blood disorder in which the blood does not clot properly. This can cause issues when spaying/neutering or any other necessary surgeries.
DCM-free. We want our future bloodlines to continue living long lives, so we want to avoid heart issues.
- European. Preferably imported from Europe. A preference.

Once we have the , we will Embark the pup. Once he is of age, have OFA tests done.

We will keep you updated once we have a Doberman Pinscher male. We miss having puppies running around. 💕
