10/07/2024
All clinics are 1pm to 6pm.
**Please be aware time changes November 3rd and therefore our hours will switch to 1pm-5:30pm and remain that way until time changes back in the spring.
*❗Please be aware we are not able to computerize records currently, be sure you keep all paperwork and photograph it on your phone for your records. Duplicates will be difficult to access, you may have to revaccinate if original records are lost. As a result there MAY not be any 4 week booster reminder cards for puppies or kittens. Yearly reminders will be mailed.
☀️🔥 As hot weather becomes more common we must remind you to ideally bring someone with you that can sit in your car with the AC running with your pets while you stand in line to keep your pets from getting overheated or burning their feet. This is especially important for large pets that can't be carried, Dr. Herron will go to your vehicle when you reach him in line to give vaccination or exams.
(If someone cannot sit with your pets, leave the car running but crack a window and engage window locks or bring a spare car key in case your pet locks you out of the vehicle)
**If you cannot leave them in the air conditioned vehicle please bring something like a thick towel, rug, or their pet bed to stand on while you wait. Water is also recommended for yourself and your pets.
--- Cash preferred (especially 1s & 5s), check (w/ID required to be shown), or chipped cards/tap to pay (with a ~3% fee) accepted.
--- To pick up medication without your pet present we MUST have seen each pet within the last year (or have current 3yr Rabies given by Dr. Herron). If not, simply bring them along with you. **Please bring medication packaging or previous receipt to simplify visit.
**Please use the same owner name/phone number with each visit; pets are listed under Last Name and Phone Number to maintain your account.
❗Be sure to save ANY and ALL paperwork given for your records; these are your proof of vaccination and duplicates can be extremely difficult to retrieve. Photograph on your phone, scan, and store the original where you keep other important documents so you'll always have a copy. Having photos of these allows you to have easy access to when your pet is due vaccinations, what medications they may be taking, and proof that we have seen your pet within the last year.
