Appointments Only: To provide a more personalized and timely experience, we are now offering services by appointment only. Walk-in appointments will be limited to nail trims, which we will continue to accommodate.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To ensure our groomers are fairly compensated for their time, we are introducing a 24-hour cancellation policy. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate as many pets as possible. Please remember that cancellations need to happen 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.
