The clinic is closed daily for lunch from 12pm - 1pm.

Keeping your pet active during the colder months can be tricky, but maintaining a healthy weight is crucial for their overall wellness. ​

For our dog patients, we recommend indoor tug-of-war, indoor fetch, and interactive toys. ​

For our cat patients, additional cardboard boxes never hurt – along with laser pointers, birdwatch stations, and interactive toys. ​

Attention Countryside Pet Resort Clients:

We wanted to let you know that drop-off daycare services will be unavailable from December 23rd through January 1st as we focus on providing care for our holiday boarders during this busy season. The resort will also be fully closed on December 24th, 25th, and January 1st. Thank you for a wonderful year and for trusting us with your beloved pets—we are so grateful for your support! We wish you and your family a joyous holiday season and a happy New Year. Daycare will resume on January 2nd, and we look forward to seeing you in 2025!

Routine physical exams are great for checking your pet’s heart, lungs, eyes, and ears, but what about their internal health?

Annual blood panels help us assess internal health including liver and kidney function, metabolic disease, and blood counts. Diagnostic tests provide valuable insight into changes in their health over time and allow us to identify illnesses early which can lead to faster treatment and often a better prognosis

With the holiday season in full effect, we know that there may be treats on your pet’s wish list. We also know that you are likely tired of the toothbrushing battle. Which is why we recommend dental treats!
Dental treats are a great way to reduce the severity of periodontal disease.

We urge our pet parents to look for the VOHC Seal of Acceptance and to avoid hard treats such as synthetic or natural bones.
