Muddy Paws is HIRING!! We are currently looking to add to our already wonderful crew here at Muddy Paws in Andover!! If you have a true passion for dogs, are reliable and not afraid to get your hands dirty this is the job for you! Job related experience with animals is not required, we would love to train you! Positive attitude and good work ethic are a must as well as having a love for dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments. We are currently looking for people who have some DAY TIME AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEK. We do also require availability on Weekends and Holidays. Boomer is here today to tell you about English Setters! Did you know that English Setters can get bored veryyyy easily, and because of that they need vigorous exercise and activity! I think doggy daycare might be the perfect place for this breed to get their entertainment!☺️🐾

Hey Guys . . . We had an eventful morning as we opened up today . . . This little guy wandered up to our fence! Someone is definitely missing their kitten because he is just the sweetest little thing! If anyone knows of someone missing their kitten please let me know!! I have him at home with me now so he is safe and cared for. I did take him in to check for a microchip bet he is not chipped.

Happy Friday! Ruth is here to tell you a couple fun facts about Anatolian Shepherds! Did you know that Anatolian Shepherds are the second tallest breed, with Great Danes being first?! Also, Anatolian Shepherds are very popular in and around Yellowstone National Park, because of their incredible guarding skills! They do great at keeping wildlife such as wolves away!🐾

Congratulations to our August dog of the month, Duke! Duke loves to find a good spot on the couch or outside in the shade to hangout with our staff when he is here. Duke also has a special love for the puppies that come to daycare, and he loves to try to play with them all the time! Congratulations again Duke🐾🎉

Today we are going to take a break from introducing our staff to congratulate our July dog of the month, Jerry! Jerry loves to run around playing with his friends nonstop when he is here! He does not stop playing from the second he gets here until his owners arrive to pick him up! Jerry has so many friends here, and is always one of the first pups to introduce himself to any new dogs that come in! Congratulations again, Jerry🐾🎉

Did you know that the name Corgi means dwarf dog?! The name comes from the Welsh language. Cor is for “dwarf” and Gi means dog! Despite the history behind their name, this breed sure doesn’t let that determine their fierceness!

For the month of June, we are celebrating 3 dogs as our dog of the month! Apollo, Freya, and Jasper have all been coming to Muddy Paws since they were puppies, and have loved every second of their playtime when they come to Muddy Paws! Apollo loves to talk and start a howling session with all his friends. Freya loves to sunbathe outside when the weather permits, and find a nice spot on the couch to hangout on during the day when it doesn’t. Jasper loves to find the other puppies to play with and run around the play with the zoomies all day. Congratulations again Apollo, Freya, and Jasper!🐾🎉
