Proper social interaction is best learned in early life, but we can socialize older dogs too! 🥳
Here we have a 4mo, 9mo, and a 7 yr old pictured 😍

Our 7 yr old came to help socialize a rescued 1 yr old ( not pictured) in our private lessons. Our student learned that signaling was more appropriate than inappropriately lashing out. We worked slowly with her to learn appropriate dog greeting and even got the two playing at the end! 🥳🥳

🎉 Puppy Class Update! 🐾 This week, our group class was all about confidence building for the puppies! It was their first time working together, and they tackled some exciting challenges designed to help them grow into confident, happy dogs. Here’s what we worked on: 🐕 Walking on a treadmill 🧩 Exploring a kiddie pool filled with bottles, shoes, cans, and other odd textures 🛠️ Climbing ramps and platforms 🌩️ Getting comfortable with new sounds like thunder, fireworks, and gunfire (from a blank gun) Exposing puppies to new sights, sounds, and surfaces at this young age helps them learn to navigate the world without fear. By guiding them through these experiences, we’re teaching them how to overcome overstimulation and build resilience.
