NY Last Chance Horse Bail-out

1100 horses saved and counting❣️ This is New York Last Chance Horse Bail-out and these are horses owned by a horse dealer. NO checks. Horses are provided hay.

Any horses posted on here are not safe, unless marked as such in their post, and have a short window of opportunity to find a home before being shipped out. There is only have a week's time with them to find homes. We evaluate quickly, try our best to find new homes and by the end, we hope they all get their bail. Every horse, pony, donkey and mule is sold as is. We cannot guarantee any horse's so

undness, health or training. Every horse goes through a quick evaluation for temperament, riding ability and lameness. All horses saved must exit with a Coggins, microchip and, if leaving the state, a health certificate. A local veterinarian can provide this information for an additional cost. We are helping horses to find homes and get out of the slaughter chain! Additional Services Available:

Board per day: $25.00 starting June 1st, 2023
Monthly Board: $375
MICROCHIP: $20.00
WORMER (IVERMECTIN): $25.00
VACCINATIONS (7-way, Rabies) : $125.00
HEALTH CERTIFICATES with full examination : $75.00

READ BEFORE YOU REHOME! This has been started to help provide horses the opportunity in New York to find homes. We are making the effort to get the horses out of the slaughter chain. We work with a buyer that is willing to have us show the horses and try to get them sold! What we do is house the horses for a week to find their way out. If not rehomed by the date we must have them hauled back so please don't wait till last minute to save as he wants them back in time to process for the haul out.

1. When you decide you would like to rehome one of our horses, you need to pm the page. Payment option will be set by invoice. The horse is yours when paid and confirmed. All horses are rehomed AS-IS! Also it is whoever sends full payment first. There are no holds without payment, if for some reason there is multiple payments on one horse you will be refunded. There is no refunds or trades once confirmed!

2. Once you have paid for your horse you will need to pm the page and let us know if you will be picking up or if you will be having a transporter pick up. Please pm us with the below information so we can get it into the horse's file. INFORMATION to provide:
- YOUR NAME
- YOUR ADDRESS
- PHONE NUMBER
- EMAIL
- TAG # of HORSE PURCHASED OR DESCRIPTION OF HORSE
- IF YOU WILL PICK UP OR HAVE A HAULER

3. BOARDING/QUARANTINE INFORMATION - Due to the possibility of many issues/bad reviews on haulers and Quarantine providers we HIGHLY suggest to board/Quarantine. Board per day: $25

BOARD STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOU SEND PAYMENT. Grain is upon request. YOUR BOARD BILL IS NOT DUE UNTIL IT IS TIME FOR YOUR HORSE TO LOAD OUT AND GO HOME. WE ASK THAT YOU DON'T SEND RANDOM PAYMENTS AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO KEEP UP WITH. FULL BOARD BILL IS DUE BEFORE THE HORSE CAN BE LOADED TO LEAVE. WE DO HAVE MONTHLY BOARD RATE.

4. The next step we highly recommend is to set up an appointment with us to have your horse vet checked! Also if your horse is in Quarantine with us then we suggest to have them wormed, vaccinations and all done prior to getting health papers if they are required. Prices are as followed for most of what we offer:

5. THIS ONE IS VERY IMPORTANT!! When you are scheduling your pick up YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP AND MUST SCHEDULE IT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!! We do have lives as well outside the barn and need to make sure someone can be there to meet you. THANK YOU!!

This sweet 14 hand gal is so gentle and polite. She has such a gorgeous face!
She waits patiently, picks her feet and did take a rider.

Currently she is not sound, very sore on the left front. Suggested needs some joint support and a good farrier.
Good nutrition would help too!

So kind, she deserves to be comfortable and in a loving home!

This 13 hand gal rides!
She is pleasant on the ground and picks all four feet. She is currently not totally sound, her feet need a good farrier and she is slightly dropped in the front fetlocks.

She’s young so good farrier and joint support she could be comfortable for light riding …. Beautiful mare!

This 13 hand boy is in good rig. He does have arthritis in his front knees but is still able and willing to pick up all four feet. He is sore so needs a good joint supplement and a farrier for those feet.
Didn’t ride, is said to ride, if interested please message the page and they’ll put an experienced kid on! Probably shouldn’t be asked to carry a lot of weight but once comfortable could probably enjoy playtime around the yard! Needs love and tlc to be his best!

Big gal at 16.3 hands, she’s the definition of a gentle giant! Politely picks up her feet, rides and drives! She will trot right out with lots of go and still has brakes!!
Sound mover!

She is blind on the right side, a little nervous on that side in the new environment with new people but still well mannered! This is a nice horse! Don’t sleep on this one!

are should see a chiropractor- vet suggested issue in the hips and said to get her adjusted.

This beautiful 15 hand gal is something special! She is easy to handle, picks her feet and rides! Neck rein and all!
At the moment she is off in the right hind.. stifle? Hip? Kicked? She is young and well broke, worth the investment to get her vet checked and help her get sound again.

Too special to pass her by!

Poor scared girl!! Super bonded to 2569 the other reg Appaloosa, from the same farm in TN.
High energy and sound, needs groceries and handling for better ground manners. Did not attempt to ride with Meghan’s knee, but she may know lots more than she’s showing us and so afraid of being separated from her friend.
Very sweet and looking to trust. A worthy project in loving hands!

This 15.3 hand guy is handsome with a gentle temperament!Very nice heavy built gelding. Nice ground manners. Leads, loads, and ties. Picks up all four feet, road shoes all around.
His front right fetlock is fusing so he doesn’t have flexion, he needs a joint supplement for comfort as it is sore making him currently somewhat unsound . He did take a rider but didn’t know what was expected. Even a little nervous, he gave it a try. Such willing want to please boy!
He gives 100% attention to his handler and is smart! With some groceries and good care for that arthritis, he should be and easy project for light riding!

Beautiful tall lady she was very nervous of people being on her side, but calmed down for Billy’s kind touch. Will pick feet with gentle persistence, she’s afraid of getting hurt.
Very sweet mare wanting to trust the right person, just melted into Meghan gently rubbing her face.
Leads, loads, and ties. Did take a rider and was willing but still nervous.

Probably knows more than she’s showing us, some groceries, decompression and gentle love she’ll be a different gal! She is sound!
