A Bittersweet Update…

This past year has been full of unexpected turns, challenges, and change. Some days have tested me more than I ever thought possible but they’ve also brought growth, strength, and a clearer sense of where I’m meant to be.

After a lot of thought (and many tears), I’ve made the difficult decision to bring Crepe Myrtle Acres Horseback Riding to an end. What started as a dream became something truly special.. a place built on hard work, heart, and the love of horses and people who became family.

Plus, she will be a certified Equine Therapist starting January 2026!

On site full lease available for an experienced rider.
Lillington NC
Mare is available for full on site lease. She is a queen on the trails. She has her little quirks (as all of the best horses do).
Miles and miles of trails, a round pen, and an open arena available for use.
Ideal lessee is someone who is 100% comfortable being unassisted in tacking, untacking, and riding out on trails alone. I can provide tack.
Lessee is responsible for farrier, and twice yearly vet appointments to include teeth float, shots, and coggins.

Attention!!!! I need more horseback riding lovers!!!
Send me the kid with little to no experience and let me turn them into wonderful horsemen and women!! We have a fantastic program that is dedicated to developing horsemanship, grace, grit, and strength in riders. Send me dedicated kids with a sense of adventure and watch them flourish!!
$200 a month includes 4 lessons and a priceless amount of friends, fun, and a new found love they will forever hang on to.
Send me kids that dream of being a horseback rider, kids who want to go on adventures, kids who want to compete, kids that want to learn! If your kid wants to work at the barn and isn’t afraid to get dirty and can shovel some manure ; send them my way. Send me all of the kids!!!! Let’s ride!
