Haven Hills Therapy Center offers a variety of services. Visit our website for detailed information. We offer western style riding lessons.

We are geared to beginner and intermediate riders. We welcome riders of all ages. No long term commitments are necessary. You may take one lesson or a hundred. Lesson frequency depends on your preference and our availability. We also offer EAS (equine assisted services). Do you know someone with special needs that you feel would benefit from interaction with horses? Please reach out to us! We woul

d love to talk with you about what we offer! For the 2022 year with the current horse staff that we have our rider weight limit is 200lbs. Want to spend time with horses but are over our current weight limit or just don't want to ride, No problem! We offer ground lessons also. Or if you are looking to improve your horsemanship skills with your own horse we also offer that as an option. (Please note the price is the same per lesson)

We not only focus on riding but all around horsemanship skills. Every rider depending on their ability will help groom and tack their horse for their lessons.

2022 Price List- Riding Lessons are $40 an hour for individual lessons (this is approximately 45min. of ride time) $35 for group lessons (2 or more riders) Please note that individual lessons are required until the instructor feels that the student is ready to safely ride with others. Helmets are required (must be equestrian helmets) and we do have those available for your use. We also require closed-toe shoes (preferably with a heel) and long pants. Meet The Instructor: Patricia Walter is a PATH International Certified riding instructor with over 20 years of experience with horses. She has combined her passion for horses and teaching to start Haven Hills Farm LLC.

We will once again be taking orders for these beautiful wreaths! They are handmade by Patty's sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Ruben.

The sizes listed are of the grapevine ring, not the overall size of the wreath (they are nice and full)! You also have the choice of a red or silver bow, and it can be made with or without the berries.

20" $30 (front door size)
30" $45 (good for a fence, garage/barn)
40" $75 (good for a fence, garage/barn)

Friday evening we had our Volunteer Appreciation cookout. It was a great time! (Even though we didn’t do a great job of getting pictures and many of you were hiding when I did😜) We missed those of you who couldn’t make it. Thank you to each and everyone of you who help serve alongside us. We couldn’t do it without you!

Week One of Program #4 was a great one! Many return participants and several new ones. This week, we worked on building a bond with our horses on the ground. We also got to practice our art skills😊

As many of you know Titan has been struggling with multiple health problems. After trying many different treatments without positive outcome the decision was made that it was time to end his suffering and let him go. It was a very difficult decision but we felt it was best to let you all know before you return this coming week.

So it’s a lot of fun when you’ve been penned up and you get turned loose to stretch your legs! Even old Tuff gets in on the action. If any of you are wondering, the reason that you do not see Clue or Pepper in this video is that they are wintering with Marilyn Clevenger.

So here at Haven Hills our oldest horse is a little Morgan named Alert. He is 30 years old. As you will see from the video he doesn’t act old and when he is not busy giving lessons he enjoys spending his time chasing sandhill cranes😂😂 (I shot the video from quite a distance away so when watching it you will want to zoom it in😊)
