We will be closed this week Thursday & Friday for some of our staff to do some testing out of town.

Boarding check ins will still be honored at their regular appt times.

We are short staffed due to the ongoing employee shortages.

So with that we ask that everyone please be patient with the kind staff we have putting in 7 days a week to make sure all the dogs are very well cared for.

With that we are limited on the amount of grooming clients we can take in a day and are booking out for October.

2. Upload or have your vet send us CURRENT vaccinations required (Bordetella,Rabies,DHP) these vaccines must be current for the dates your pets intended to stay with us.

3. Once your vaccines have been verified and entered In our system by one of us you will be “unlocked” for as long as your vaccines are current to make your reservations whenever needed! 😀

We are receiving an abundance of phone calls hoping for grooming appts within a week or so.

Unfortunately we are booking well into September/October right now.

We always recommend rebooking your next appointments after each grooming. Usually we book 6-8 weeks in advance at all times with our wonderful loyal clients. 🫶🏻

If you’re planning to board your dog over the 4th think about this as well! 🎆 🧨

According to the New York Post, more pets go missing around the 4th of July than any other time of the year. Please keep your pets safe by keeping them indoors. Don’t forget to have identification tags on them or current microchip information. If you are needing anxiety medication to help keep your pet comfortable during the fireworks, we kindly ask that you let our staff know in advance. Have a fun and safe holiday!

As a friendly reminder.
We ask that you please be kind and courteous to our staff members and business hours.

Most of our staff is putting in very long hours and weeks of care to make sure your pets get the absolute best quality stay while in our hands.

But with that we have extremely limited family time.

Our hours are non negotiable.

We have had an increase in boarding clients wanting to drop off/ pick up in non business hours. And texting staff all hours of the day and night.

By accommodating that we loose hours/days with our families. This puts the very kind but limited available staff we currently have on a stressful on call status and unable to plan their time off.

We love our staff and we hope you and your pets do too.

So in this hard time of employee shortages we ask you please be respectful.
