Who else loves babies???? ✋✋✋ Finally the 5 year wait is over! I have been trying to get this girl gravid for 5 years. It was worth the wait. Pairing was Elric the Cruel x Nerys. Mama did fantastic!!! 24 live, robust babies. No stills/slugs. Perfection.

These are not Solomon Island boas, these are Halmahera boas! 😍

Raphael x Lakrissa eggs have landed. Finally!!! These are common trinkets, Coelognathus Helena Helena. These come from India, Sri Lanka, etc, and are amazing little colubrids. They make easy captives, all around wonderful companions. They are semi arboreal, but just as happy to be in a ground dwelling set up. They like high humidity, and they will eat almost anything! These are not hard to keep.

New Halmahera boas born over the weekend. These are the smaller ssp, candoia paulsoni tasmai. These come from Morotai and Halmahera and the surrounding islands. These are smaller than Solomon island ground boas, reaching a max of 3ft for females and 2ft for males. Amazing little animals.
