Here is my booth at the Border Terrier National Specialty at the Roberts Center in Wilmington, Ohio. Things have been hopping today. I’ve been braiding almost non-stop today. My hands are ready to stop!

I have been vending (is that a verb???) since Tuesday at the Flat-Coated Retriever Society of America’s National Specialty. Having only had a booth one other time, what I brought with me to sell was something of a stab in the dark. I’ve braided several custom orders, too, and taken a few more to make when I get home from the Border Terrier National, which is next week.

These tabs have become a favorite of mine. They are a bit lighter weight than the flat braided ones and the k**b on the end makes them easier to hang on to than the flat ones. I make them 8" long as a standard size but I can vary that if you'd prefer. I refer to them as "agility grab tabs", as an agility instructor asked me to make them several years ago. I use one of these when I am field training with my Flat-Coated Retrievers. They cost $8.00 plus shipping.
