From shaking in fear in a shelter to happy and playing with stuffies in a foster home. This little dude (now named River after the awesome little shelter who could) is bunking with New Rattitude Rat Terrier Rescue & Adoption. He could use some $ and love sent his way to help clear up inflamed skin issue, etc.
