She is homeschooled in Anna, Tx. and takes any and every opportunity to include animals in her studies. Avery's dream is to become a veterinarian and has started to save for college. She plans to graduate highschool with an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Medicine so that she can begin work in her field while she completes her Bachelor's and applies to Veterinary School. n money while doing something that she loves. When she found out there was a market for caring for animals as if they were her own pets, she couldn't believe it. She immediately said that it's what she wanted to do! While Avery is young, she is incredibly responsible, especially when it comes to animals. All of Avery's animal services are under parental supervision. We believe that while she would love to do each job entirely herself, supervision and guidance are important for the health and safety of both Avery and your pet(s). We are involved only to perform the supervision and guidance necessary for her to succeed. �

Heartwarming (literally) story. ❤️

A veterinarian in Istanbul, Turkey, was astonished to find that a puppy, which only had a faint heartbeat, had been carried to his surgery by the puppy's mother. The video of the mother dog's lifesaving efforts have gone viral.

Look at this sweet girl’s smile! The minute we walk in she greets us with her smile, a wagging tail and jumping excited butt wiggles. ❤️ It was quite the task to get her to sit down for a photo so soon after we came in (she just loves attention and scratches) but I finally got a photo of it!

Anyone looking at this photo without knowing her (or context) might see bared teeth with ears back and automatically assume this was aggression. However, it is important to read ALL of her body language and that simply can’t be done with a photo (not matter how cute it is). What she is doing is called a “submissive smile”. She is telling us that she is excited to see us and that she isn’t a threat. ❤️

Avery has been working hard with Miss Bella these past two weeks. Bella is a baby and hasn’t had a chance to learn puppy basics, so Avery is trying her hand at teaching her what she can. In just one week Bella has mastered “place”, “sit” and “down” and is now working on “stay” and “leave it” this week! Bella is one of Avery’s daily drop in clients in ATS!

Avery had the pleasure of taking care of these beautiful foster babies in Anna recently! I mixed up two of the girls names in the video eeek. However, two of these precious babies (both light tortie girls, Violet and Eloise) have not yet been adopted at their adoption events.
