Clients and Furclients, we wanted to take a moment to address the rising concerns for the new dog respiratory virus. As far as we know, this virus has not hit our immediate area yet. Please know, we are taking measures here to keep our shop sanitized as usual. Staff is washing hands between dogs, and cleaning out spaces after each use. We do not have a communal water bowl. We try our best to keep the dogs away from one another. We are so extremely grateful for the clients that do cancel their appointments when dogs aren’t feeling well, and ask that you continue to do so. We will give clients a minimum of 20 minutes heads up to have pups picked up, and ask that you keep your schedules open on grooming days to pick your dogs up asap to keep spaces open and minimize any risks. With the holiday season quickly approaching, we ask for your patience and support.
