Handsome Benny is ready to be the apple of your eye! This lean, leggy ladies man with the cute curly Q tail is ready to win you over with his charming nature. He is a happy and friendly goober but definitely still a young boy in need of stimulation and interaction. If we are being flat-out honest...he's something of a derp right now. He has done well with other dogs who accept his derpy young boy behavior. Benny is a bit too clever if left outside alone, so needs a tall, solid fence or to enjoy romps and adventures on leash. He also can't resist chasing cats.

ADOPTABLE DOG: MOXIE

Moxie is ready to get out there and find that new home by pulling out all the tricks - the kisses, the cuteness, the *head tilt!* Moxie is a little charmer in an adorable round package. She has good manners and a happy demeanor. Got little ones? That's great! Moxie is sweet and gentle with kids, including toddlers. She probably needs to be the only apple of your eye - she has a personal space bubble here at the shelter. But she gets along well with neighboring dogs through a fence or when out and about.

Pancake knows he isn't round or flat or fluffy. But he IS a hound, and we all know they love their breakfast (and lunch and dinner and snacks...). That isn't all Pancake loves - he actually loves just about everything and certainly everyone! The class clown, he is silly and playful, enjoys other dogs, and will keep a smile on your face.

Arlo is super handsome, but too busy to sit pretty for the camera. He's got too many people to meet, and dogs to play with, and fun stuff to do! He's got the manners to match his other attributes - he is crate trained, knows sit, walks well on leash, and is up for more learning. He is a good yard guardian. He does need fed separately from other pets, as he wants his food and everyone else's, too.

Midge is a reflective girl. Someone needs to rein in her silly brother and sister! She is just as smart, doing well in a crate, walking nicely on leash, and sitting when asked. She is a steady friend, but she isn't completely an "old soul" - she still enjoys playing and water games. She would rather not be alone in the yard, so a dog companion, tall fence, or hanging out with you are better options.

Andre has never met a stranger, and he met many people after being abandoned at an apartment complex. Everyone loved him, but nobody could keep him - so we are helping him continue his search for a true family. Andre's best home is pretty much any home, as he loves all people and knows his basic commands already! He is fun loving but also loves lap time and some good cuddles in front of the tv. He enjoys other dogs and can match well with a dog companion who understands his vocal play style.

Sadie is a genuine hippo - short and stout and happiest in the water! She would love a pool (or even a puddle) but would also enjoy napping on the couch next to you. With other dogs, she is playful and spirited. But in quiet times, she loves her belly rubs and to cuddle close. She also loves to eat, but they say swimming is the best exercise. So she might not mind a weight loss program that includes water sports.

He's good at his manners also, maybe with a reminder or two about not being so bouncy. He is eager to show off his skills, earn his treats, and make some friends - of the adult human variety. Angels Jill and Sabrina know sit, down, touch and have great recall. They lay down to wait for their bowl. They walk nicely on a leash. They don't mind sharing treats. They are fairly quiet. Love everybody and everything including cats. They are good in crates.
