ANNE heard the housing market is tight, and wonders if that's why she hasn't gotten a home. [We tried to explain otherwise, but....] So she made a list of ways she is *Move-In-Ready*:
(a) Neighbor friendly! Adult people, kid people, Anne loves all the people!
(b) Civilized to furry neighbors (who stay in their own homes and out of hers)
(c) So stinkin' cute, your property values will immediately go up!
(d) No neighborhood trails or even sidewalks? No problem! Just enough greenspace for a little toy play and a lot of sun bathing is plenty!
(e) No dog hair on the second story, cuz she can't go up stairs!
(f) Need a cup of sugar? Anne always has sugar to spare - literally! [Two insulin shots a days will keep that sugar under control, and she takes those shots with a wag and a smile :) ]
