Due to extreme cold temps for the next few days if I feel it’s not safe to be open I will be rescheduling. I will be in contact with everyone individually starting with tomorrow am clients. PLEASE reschedule if you do not want to travel I will NOT be mad at all. Safety is the number one priority in my salon. No groom is worth risking driving on ice and drifting roads! Please check your phones if you have an upcoming appointment in the next few days so you don’t miss communications 🥶❤️ be safe everyone and remember VERY short trips outside for your fur babies!!! Dog paws, ears and tails are susceptible to frostbite!!

Just a few days left until Christmas, can you believe it!? We hope everyone has the best holiday season!!
We will be closed December 24-29th to spend some much needed family time and enjoy the kids while they are off of school. We will return all messages Monday the 30th! We thank every one of you for making this year another great one for us! We love enjoying your furry family members!!

First off I want to start this positive and say thank you to every client for choosing me and allowing me to take care of your fur babies.
Lately I have been dealing with a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations. I understand things happen BUT I run myself dry. I am not just a business owner/ groomer. I am a wife, mother, dog mom, house keeper, chef and many more jobs to do in between all of those .. I try to be understanding but I plan my personal life around my clients needs and it’s frustrating when my time is not respected in return. I don’t want to have to raise prices in order to get a system in place that sends appointment reminders and makes more work for me. And I don’t want to turn into a grumpy groomer that charges for late minute cancellations, no shows or takes deposits so you actually show up. I would just love for everyone to value my time and the passion I put into what I do…

As much as I would love to take all the dogs on to make them look adorable for Christmas, last year I took on everyone who called and messaged which left my regular clients with some crazy appointment times and myself with very little personal time.

This year I will be doing the following…
I am giving my regular clients till December 1st to book their appointments IF and it’s a big if I have any availability after then I will post the dates and times I have to fill. And will be posting any cancellations that need filled! I feel it’s only fair ❤️ don’t be mad! I still love your dogs, but last year was a learning year for me and I had very little time (none) to enjoy the holiday festivities with my family and this year I would love to participate 🫶 thank you for understanding. I’m posting this now so my regulars PLEASE book asap December is filling up!

Donating doesn’t have to cost a ton!! Em and I hit thrift stores and dollar stores today.. we filled our trunk for $300. Jackets, blankets, winter boots, sleeping bags, sweatpants, sanitary items of all kinds and more. Coats are $15 at jubilee and sanitary items in distribution amounts are $1.25 at the dollar store! Let your $ go father and shop smart!! Please help these people. Even if it’s one item it makes a difference for one person. If you can’t make physical donations make phone calls to your local businesses and mom and pop shops for donations etc!

Happy Monday afternoon everyone!! I am back in the salon after a few days packed full of continued education to better serve your fur babies!! Along with now being certified in Geriatric grooming Em and I are happy to introduce the latest and greatest addition to our salon! Not only does it go lower then our previous table but it also has wheels which allows me to move the table itself from the groom floor over to the tub to better help my seniors and dogs who have needed extra assistance in and out of the tub!! 🥰
