About a week ago we lost our beloved Boomer. Boomer was 16 years of age and as much as we took care of him, he took care of us. Boomer was a great dog and his absence is saddening. This was the last photo I took a few days before he past as he napped in his favorite spot.

Its that time of the year when we would like to warn you about the dangers of rawhide. Bags will say highly digestible yet rawhide is very hard to digest and can cause blockages, upset stomachs. Manufactured with strong chemicals, preservatives and bleaching agents. Many of the rawhide bones are manufactured in other countries with lower quality guidelines. Please consider bully sticks, other non rawhide gifts for your best friend this holiday season.
