Madisyn will NEVER answer a phone call while she is grooming or even has someone's pet in her direct care NOR will she answer a phone call while driving between appointments. This is Ronin. Several months ago when Scott started grooming him Ronin would NOT allow his nails to be trimmed nor dremel'd. Scott began working with him to gain his trust. Today, Ronin TRUSTED AND ALLOWED Scott to trim his nails. PROOF that "no stress" grooming and not pushing a dog past his/her limits WORKS!

Please be patient with the moving of some appointments around. Madisyn tore her ACL last week and is just ironing out the days where Scott (our second groomer) will travel with her to assist with heavy lifting, bathing, etc! We ask everyone to be kind, patient and understanding.
