💕🐕 "ADORABLE PERSONIFIED" is the way Kodiak's foster describes this 59 lb, bundle of Husky sweetness!

Kodiak is a total teddy bear who just wants to be everyone’s best friend. He is a smart cookie who has been learning commands and having a blast playing with the foster's dog. Kodiak would definitely like to have a home with a doggie companion. Check out his videos!

He is just over a year with lots of puppy playfulness. Kodiak is affectionate and loves human attention. He knows basic commands, enjoys walks and is working on his leash manners. Kodiak would love a home with an active family and a fenced yard to play in. He is eager to continue learning in his forever home. Are you ready to meet your BFF?!

Kodiak's $350 adoption fee includes a microchip, vaccinations, and neuter surgery. Pet ownership comes with responsibilities and while most people are wonderful pet owners, not all are, leaving rescues across the state near or at capacity. Anthem Pets volunteers work 7 days a week helping cats and dogs and your $5 donation makes it possible for us to intervene on behalf of animals who would otherwise perish. This 1-year-old female who would love to curl up and keep you company. Once she feels comfortable, she'll give you head bumps for attention and to be petted. She will learn your schedule and wait for you at the door to come home. She is pretty relaxed and likes to sit and watch TV with you. She is litterbox trained, good with other cats, but prefers a home without dogs.

Nacho was one of 4 dogs rescued from a hoarding situation. He is a handsome, affectionate male Chihuahua who is 5 yrs. old, and 9 lbs. His foster is pleased with him - he is crate-trained, house-trained and gets along with other dogs. (We don't know how he feels about cats.) He also likes going for car rides. He loves people and enjoys being held and carried. He would like to be your BFF, and join your pack!

Jade is easygoing with nail trims and brushing, and she’s not shy about letting you know when it’s time for food or treats! She also has a playful, youthful side that shines through.

💕🐕🐾Summer is a beautiful, 9-10 month old Shepherd/Husky mix. She is very much a puppy, sweet and curious. Summer loves to snuggle up on the couch and is a very mellow girl. She is happy and friendly, but a bit timid and needs a slow introduction to new places and things. Summer has been introduced to other dogs and cats, and loves to play, but is not so sure about cats yet.

Summer is potty and crate trained, knows how to sit and is working on her leash skills. She needs a family who will continue working on obedience and manners - she is treat motivated and eager to learn. Summer will bark when she is unsure about meeting a new person or animals; being petted or getting treats help her relax. Summer would love to have someone to play with and who will show her new, fun things.

Summer loves to put her feet in water and definitely gets the zoomies once or twice a day. She is not likely to chew on inappropriate items as long as long as replacements are provided. Summer can be shy at first and is still learning how to meet new people/animals, but is getting more happy and confident. Summer likes to stay close to home and will need encouragement getting to meet the world. She is a generally relaxed dog and does not seem to need an above average amount of exercise or stimulation, but she is still young with lots of learning and exploring to do.

Summer's $250 adoption fee includes a microchip, vaccinations, and spay surgery.
