Always a good time at Local Champions Tour!

🔹Lisa and Cosi were 1st and 2nd in the 1.20
🔹Philine and Ace put down some lovely rounds in the 1.10 and placed 7th
🔹Dawn and Gigi were 3rd in the .80 and 2nd in the .90
🔹Abby and Rory were 4th, 5th, and 5th in the .90’s
🔹Amy and Vegas had some great rounds in the .80’s placing 3rd

Congratulations to our riders on a wildly successful weekend at Hinckley Equestrian Center!

Amelia Erb and Milania Goodwin started the weekend off with the Leadline class, lead by Jordynn Fuller and Kendyll Hiner.

Gigi Goodwin finished her day as Reserve Champion of the Walk-Trot Ground Pole Division.

Maddie Erb and Twelve Oaks Intrepid finished 4th in their walk-trot under saddle.

Gracelyn Boyd and Reddy or Not were Reserve Champions of the WTC Crossrails, followed closely by Gracelyn Freeman and Bambam who finished the division with a 2nd, 5th and 6th.

Ella McCoy and Bambam had great ribbons in the 18”, two 3rds, a 4th and a 5th.

Jordynn Fuller and Kalique 5455 had beautiful trips in the 2’3 Hunter Over fences with a 3rd, 4th and a 5th.

On Jumper Day, our riders were equally successful!

Addi Johnson and Twelve Oaks Intrepid were Grand Champions of the Intro 2’ Jumpers.

Lillian Powell and Bambam had great rides and a 4th place in the Intro 2’ Jumpers

Emily Lizer had her first show with us and Kalique 5455, finishing with a 4th and a 5th in the Intro 2’.

Emily Robinson and Reddy or Not earned a 5th in the 2’6” Beginner Jumpers.

Kendyll Hiner and Charlie Brown earned a 2nd and a 5th in the 2’6” Beginner Jumpers.

Veronica Llewellyn and Raising the Bar were Reserve Champions of the Trainjng 2’9” Jumpers.

Sydney McCray and Charlie Brown were Grand Champions of the Schooling 3’3” Jumpers and jumped clear in the Open 1.10m Jumpers.

Last week was such a whirlwind at World Equestrian Center! Our horses and riders had a fantastic week!

Highlights include:
✨ Shannon Fisher and Carpaethian Z with a first and two seconds during the week to finish Champions of the Open 1.20m division
✨ Cloe Gardner and Deputy Oops moved up to the Junior 1.0m and had lots of great moments throughout the week
✨ Emma Molinet and Harry Potter with great rides in the .90s but just out of the ribbons
✨ Stella Sterling and Con Thargos 4th place in the Novice .95m Classic
✨ Ally Ulrich and Kalique 5455 had beautiful rounds in the .80m jumpers, .90m jumpers AND the USHJA 2’6” Hunter. This horse continues to impress us!
✨ Oliver Robinson and HS Summertime Jazz win the Intermediate .80m Jumpers
✨ Stella Sterling and Con Thargos finished 5th in the Intermediate Children’s 2’6” Equitation on the Flat in a very competitive field
✨ Allie Kemp and Diamond’s Rita took on WEC for the first time ever like true professionals. They jumped clear in the .70s as well as had great ribbons in the Short Stirrup Equitation and Hunter Over Fences
✨ Kennedi Wenger and HS Summertime Jazz take home an 8th place ribbon in a huge Limit Rider Equitation on the Flat class and had beautiful over fences trips

Fantastic week with tons of top placings!

For Sunday:
✨Philine and Ace placed 11th in the $2,500 1.10 Amateur Classic
✨Lisa and Cosiol had one unlucky rail in the $3,000 1.15 Jr/Am Classic keeping them out of the ribbons this time

Always a wonderful show experience at World Equestrian Center - Ocala. So lucky to have this place in our back yard.

Starting in September the barn is filling up quickly, but we still have plenty of availability for haul in lessons and show coaching! Call Sara directly at 3302654771 for more information.

Happy Friday from WEC Ocala!

Congratulations to Philine and Lisa - both ending in the money today 🥳

✨Lisa and Cosiol won the 1.15 Jr/Am Speed by over 4 seconds.
✨ Philine and Ace moved into the 1.10’s this week and are doing great! Placing 6th in the 1.10 Amateur speed class.

Looking forward to a day off tomorrow for our horses and riders, then a fun Classic Day Sunday!

The Jumper Ring North and South had the best week showing together at Tryon International Equestrian Center in North Carolina.

✨Sara and Gigi placed 6th in the Open 1.10 division (showing us all how it’s done in the pouring rain)
✨Shannon and Frank placed 5th, making it look too easy, in the Open 1.15 division
✨Lisa and Cosi were 7th in the 1.20 Amateurs and one rail in the jump off had them just out of the ribbons in the NAL 1.20 Amateur Jumper Classic
✨Oliver and Genie were 7th in the 1.10 Junior Jumpers
✨Philine and Ace were clear in their 1.0 Blue Ribbon round and 6th in the 1.0 Amateur Classic, putting them in the money!
✨Andrea and Frank were clear in their .90 Blue Ribbon round and 2nd in their .80 class
✨Grace and Mike were 6th out of a very large .90 class thanks to their tidy turns
✨Emma and Teddy had some lovely clear .80 and double clear .90 rounds - just out of the ribbons!
✨Andrea and her newest boy, Roman, were clear in their .80 Blue Ribbon round and 8th in their .80 jumper round
✨Ally and Ace were clear in their .65 Blue Ribbon round and all smiles 🤩
✨Kennedi may not have been able to show this week, but we loved having her at the show with us!

The Jumper Ring South had a great time at Week V of WEC’s Summer Series!

✨Sara and Gigi placed 1st and 4th to secure Reserve Champion in the Open 1.10 division
✨Oliver and Genie placed 5th in the Open 1.10 and 11th in the $2,500 NAL/WIHS 1.10m Junior Classic
✨Lisa and Cosi were 5th in the 1.15m Junior/Amateur and 7th in the $3,000 1.15m Junior/Amateur Classic

Congratulations to our horses and riders last week at WEC!

Venti Vanilla Chai and Hayleigh Blackmon debuted at WEC for the first time together with beautiful rides in the USHJA 2’ Hunters and Limit Riders!

Chai and Emma Molinet had great trips and finished in the ribbons in both the 2’6 and the 2’9 Equitation classes. We’re so proud of Emma for her hard work and perserverance to learn all the Rings!

Robin Guerra and Kettle Chrome had fantastic rides all week in the Intermediate .85m Jumpers! Clear blue rounds and a 5th for this pair! All their hard work and training has been paying off!

Stella Sterling and Con Thargos stepped up to the occasion in the Intermediate.85m Jumpers and ribboned in every class. This pair has come together and shows a promising future!

Evelyn Kandel and Skyla snagged another Reserve Championship this weekend in the Novice .95m Jumpers! These two are dominating their classes and have come together to be an unbeatable pair!

Winning Jump-off Novice .95m

A winning jump-off for Evelyn and Skyla this morning in the Novice .95m at World Equestrian Center! So proud of the growth this pair has shown recently.

Is there really anything better than showing at WEC Ocala? I’m not sure there is 💁🏽‍♀️This facility is hard to beat! Especially with the Florida heat, these indoor rings have been amazing! Schooling day & Wednesday showing went great! Lisa got a 6th, Jenny scored a 7th & Grace took home 4th & 1st in the .80 jumpers! Everyone had a blast, it was a great experience!

Mackenzie Dylewski and Jackson on Tour had a quick, clear round to finish 3rd in today’s .95m class! Looking forward to seeing these two in their classic round tomorrow. Thank you MOVEX for keeping Gambit feeling his best!

We’re practicing some grid work here at Jumper Ring South! Did you know — Grid work helps both the horse & rider in a variety of ways. It benefits the horses’ rhythm, balance & reactivity to aids. It’s also a helpful exercice to work on suppleness & collection! For the rider, it often helps us work on our position, balance & confidence!
