Hi everyone we just want to remind everyone the cats and kittens here at Best Pets are being adopted out through Gutter Cat Adoptions. If you want to play with them and meet them you will need an approved application though the rescue. Best Pets is not associated with the rescue, we just house the cats and kittens at the store until they can be adopted through the rescue.

Our staff doesn't know much about the kittens other than what is on their cat condo. Our staff is not able to open the cages to let customers play with them and hold them. Each cat and kitten has a short bio on their condos that state how much the adoption fee is, age and a little about them.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Again, if you are interested in any of the kittens or cats at Best Pets please contact the rescue who is adopting them out, Gutter Cat Adoptions

We are having a dog and cat meet and greet event October 26th from 2:30pm-5:30pm at our store! The harvest festival will also be going on down town as well! Gutter Cat Adoptions will have popcorn and hot coco and hot apple cider for sale to help the rescue!

Please consider adding some fresh or frozen food to your pets diet. We have a variety of different frozen, gently cooked and freeze dried options.

You get the standard American diseases when you eat the Standard American Diet. The same is true for our pets. Food can heal or harm, and diet-related diseases (chronic noninfectious conditions) are at an all-time high for people and pets. We can never be vibrantly healthy eating dead (ultra-processed) food devoid of naturally occurring enzymes, antioxidants, polyphenols, and flavonoids. And while 67% of calories U.S. teens consume come from highly refined foods, most pets consume ultra-processed diets exclusively 💔. Most pets go a lifetime without consistent access to fresh, unprocessed foods except for lawn grass (often sprayed with glyphosate or other herbicides💀). It’s time to wake up to fast food marketing ploys; the quality, freshness, and adulteration of our pet’s food supply play into health and disease powerfully. Why are we letting the ultra-processed Pet Food industry convince pet parents that feeding dry food for a lifetime is the healthiest way to nourish our animals? 🤯

We have miscellaneous plants for sale! Once they're gone they're gone so come in and grab some! We also have beautiful betta fish for sale. We have a variety of different colors and species!

We highly recommend setting up your tank before purchasing your fish and letting the tank sit for at least 3 days with water before putting your fish in the new tank. We have everything you need for your new fish, tanks, gravel, decorations and of course beautiful betta's!
