July 4th fireworks have started and all of the noise can be problematic for our pets, so we asked our customers to share a few of their best tips and tricks to help alleviate some of their fur baby's anxiety. Here are the top answers we received:

Our friends at Independent Animal Rescue is in need of Foster Parents! Serve as a Kitten or Cat, Puppy or Dog Foster Parent. They can't intake new animals without foster homes to welcome them. Independent Animal Rescue provides all food, medical care, and extensive training for foster families. Any personal pets in home must be spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, and FeLV negative (cats). Adoption events and vet appointments happen in Durham and Chapel Hill but they can help with transportation when needed. Visit www.AnimalRescue.net for more info!
