To our clients:
We hope everybody had a wonderful holiday season! As we move into the new year, we would like to remind everybody of our cancellation policy.
For Daycare, any cancellations made by 9AM the day of your reservation are allowed with no penalty. Any reservation cancelled after 9AM the day of your reservation will result in a charge for either a full day or a half day, depending on the reservation, on the card on file. For our package holders, a package credit would be deducted.
For non-Holiday boarding, cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the reservation are allowed with no penalty. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation, including no shows, will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
For holiday boarding, cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the start of the reservation are allowed with no penalty. Any cancellation made within 7 days and before 48 hours of the start of the reservation will be charged 50% of the total reservation. Any cancellation made within 48 hours, including no shows, will be charged the amount of the total reservation.
Holiday dates include Easter week, Thanksgiving week, Christmas-New Years weeks, and Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend (This includes the entirety of the summer)
Cancellations may be made by calling or emailing us directly.
We require all our clients to have a card on file. We take our clients’ private information very seriously and will not charge the card on file without notifying you ahead of time.

WOW! We wanted to thank all of our amazing clients for the donations we received for our little hometown!
Everything donated was taken to Boone and distributed among churches, hotels housing displaced families, and the local animal shelter. It took two trips to get everything up the mountain!
We will forever be grateful to you for giving so much!

Meet Hershey! Despite her gorgeous looks, playful personality, love of humans & other dogs, Hershey is still looking for her forever family. She is around 2 years old & 60 lbs. Some of her favorite things include:
• bobbing for ice cubes in her water bowl
• making sure the kitchen floor is clean after you cook
• watching wildlife through the window
• going to doggy daycare to play with friends.

She would do best with a family who will keep her active. She likes kids but would do better with older kids, who she is less likely to accidentally knock over as she isn’t always aware of her size. She does have a high prey drive, so a home with no cats, birds, rabbits, would be best. We really enjoy having Hershey here for daycare, almost as much as she loves coming! We want to see this girl find her forever home, please help spread the word about Hershey

Biscuit Garden Family,
As many of you know, the mountains in Western North Carolina have been devastated by hurricane Helene this past weekend. Families have lost everything, and many are still unable to contact their loved ones. People without power, food, and water are trapped with no contact to the outside world.
We at The Biscuit Garden are heartbroken by the loss and devastation these mountain communities have suffered! As some of you may know, Boone, NC is home to Natalie and Gabby, and they have friends and family who have been personally affected by this tragedy. In an effort to give back to the community where they grew up, we are taking donations that will go directly to local charities in Boone, NC and the High Country!
A few urgent items needed:
Bottles or gallons of water
Non-perishable food items
Baby formula, diapers, & wipes
Clothing (all ages and sizes)
Blankets & Towels
Toiletries
Feminine hygiene products
Cleaning supplies
First aid kits/supplies
Flashlights/lanterns
Dog & Cat food
Visa gift cards
We will be collecting donations until October 18th here at The Biscuit Garden! Natalie, Gabby, and family will personally be taking all items to Boone, NC over the next few weeks. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated! The community in Boone, NC and the High Country are strong and resilient. With time, hard work, and perseverance, we know they will heal!
