We just discovered a huge technical error with our Gingr software and wanted to make you all aware right away!

When we have been confirming requests for Daycare & Boarding reservations, the system has been sending you a text message letting you know that we would be doing our best to accommodate your request and to watch for a confirmation INSTEAD of letting you know the reservation was confirmed.

If you log into your Client Portal you will be able to see if these reservations are confirmed if you have any recent ones in question.

We are so sorry for this technical hiccup and now have it corrected!

Today we remember one of the sweetest Great Danes we have had the honor of caring for at the DDG. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a whole year since Legend passed… but the memory is a lot sweeter since his owner brought us some treats to remember him by. (Almost as sweet as him! 🧁)

You are greatly missed by all the staff and your furry friends! You truly are a legend, Legend! ✨♥️
