Woof Lodge & Rescue is a 100% Volunteer Run and Volunteer focused Rescue. Our mission is to help dogs in need and to give back to the communities that the dogs are coming from. We work alot down south with multiple shelters and rescues.
What sets us apart from many other rescues is our focus is on going to the communities that these dogs are coming from and giving back. Here in WI we dont have strays everywhere roaming. When we go down south and work on the streets and in the shelters it helps us to better understand where these dogs are coming from, and why they are the way they are.
We are a 100% foster based rescue. What that means is we dont have an actual facility. We rely on families to temporarily open their doors to a dog or dogs in need. We provide all food, vetting, toys, treats and anything else needed.
Our mission is to give back to the rescues and communities that these dogs are coming from, to try and help the problem. And maybe someday, there wont be a need any further.
