now thats its hot outside make sure your dogs or cats stay cool and have plently of water and if they like ice cubes it is a great treat.

Thanks all for the time off. It was a long, hot and fun fair. I have realized that I am getting old and it is very different being the parent at a cow show. Emily did great winning her showmanship class and 2nd place in the conformation class. now we start planning for next year:)

I will be out of town Tuesday 7/17-Sun 7/22. I will be able to check emails, text and phone calls. My husband, John will be covering for me. If something comes up let me know. Me and the kids are heading to the FDL county Fair for a week of fun. Emily is showing her little baby "Sizzle" (a registered holstein, so not so little). should be a week of cotton candy, snow cones and junk food, throw in a little heat and not much sleep and you have a good time had by all:) Stop in to see us if you get to Fondy. will be back to regular hours and days by 7/23 (monday).

another HOT week, please make sure your pets are cared for by providing fresh cold water, mine loved ice cubes as a refreshing treat. Keep indoors with AC if you can. If not, cool basements or kido pool in the yard is another option. don't over exercise in the heat, take your walks in early am or after dark and take water with you. please be safe to all my furry and non furry friends.

just a reminder that I will be closed Wed, Thur, Fri this week for normal business hours. Emily has her frist cattle show of the season, with her first calf that she now owns!! she is very excited. Wish her luck.

With summer coming and the heat for the weekend arriving, remember to keep your pets cool. If you are going to walk or exercise them do it in the early morning. And provide plenty of cold fresh water or ice cubes for a special treat!
