"Patterson's Pony Rides travel all over the State of Ohio to Fairs, Festivals, Company Picnics/Parties, and other events to give Children the opportunities to ride a pony and create special memories of a lifetime with their family. We love making kids dreams come true and some of the fondest memories children have are interactions with animals. Due to a death in the family, we will not be at Hidden Creek or MacQueens orchard this Saturday due to funeral arrangements! We will be open at both places on Sunday !

Good evening friends, we have a announcement to
Make about the rest of this month and the first 3 weeks in October, we will be at MacQueens Orchard in Holland Ohio and Hodden Creek orchard in Sunbury Ohio. The schedule is every Saturday and every Sunday we will be at both orchards

Headed to Toledo or Michigan , stop by MacQueens on t your way !

This weekend at both orchards are going to be very busy as they are the fall festival weekend festivals for both orchards! A lot of different activities at MacQueens orchard including Our pony Rides , mechanical rides like at the fairs, and a train and many homemade candy apples , cider , pies and donuts and you pick apples

Heading to Columbus , stop by Hidden Creek orchard !

Sunbury has a few goats , our pony rides, and some food booths, hay rides, and a maze.

Good afternoon dear friends !

I received a call from my cousin Willa in Tenn. and she has a very urgent prayer request ! He son is in Atlanta and is in need of a transplant ! At this point the testing has been done to match an organ donor but he is not well enough to undergo the major surgery that he needs. She asks that everyone please pray for a Devine healing so that they can continue getting him ready for a transplant.

Please if you would pray for Willa , John David and Josh as they have some major decisions to make, and we all know that the lord can heal, make new , and can turn this situation around in the twinkling of an eye !

Please lift them up in prayer and place them on any and all prayer list that your church may have !

We will be at Hidden Creek Orchard starting September 29 through the end of October each weekend” Saturday and Sunday “

Come to Sunbury, Ohio and visit this nice little Orchard just north west of Columbus !

Thank you again for allowing us to come to your farm and do pony each year during the apple and pumpkin harvest months !

We will be at Lawrence Orchard in Marion Ohio on September 28 for their festival ! This is a very busy day for us at Lawrence’s and they always have us for this one day every year. This is another regular customer of ours !

So thankful and grateful for our devoted regular customers that ask us back year after year at the end of their event !

Tuscararus County Fair is all set up for pony Rides at next weeks Fair !

Next week, starting Monday September 16 through September 22, we will be at the great Tuscararus County Fair ! We look forward to being there for the week as we love this area !

The fair board is excited to have us join them this year as they have not had pony rides for several years ! They were excited to have us join them !

They have a small children’s ride area and they have an adult ride area as well !

Tuscararus county Fair is in Dover Ohio and while you are there , visit the next county over and our favorite touring and site seeing area, Holmes County the heart of Ohio Amish Country !

Make it a weekend ! Come to the fair and stay over night and visit Holmes County !

Good afternoon friends,

We are happy to announce that we are at the MacQueens Apple Orchard again this year starting this weekend ! Mrs. MacQueen asked us to start a week early as they were ramping up quickly with “you pick” apples ! So this is our first weekend here and we will be here the remainder of the apple season ! Each weekend in September through the end of October as long as weather permits ! I have included some great pictures of all the things going on here at the orchard !

Pony Rides will be set up 9am -6pm on Saturdays and Sundays each weekend !

First time this season !

I just love when I can take the time and ride my dear Izzy ! She is so beautiful and so loving ! She can not stand to be alone, so she is in the pasture with Riley’s Percheron bit when they see us coming, they run to the fence to be loved on ! When she comes running, you can feel the ground shake, all 2000 pounds of her ! She just lays her head on my shoulder ! She is the most loyal companion I have ever seen in a horse ! No matter where she is, she runs to

So we are sharing some more great pics of the Hardin County Fair Pic !

This little girl asked if she could bring carrots to feed the pony’s and we said yes, they love carrots ! Yesterday being the last day of the fair, she and her mamma brought a bag of carrot to feed the pony’s. She had a ball having them eat out of her hand ! Hank you to her mother and mamma for bring her out for pony rides each day at the fair !

We have surely enjoyed having all of our little customers come ride the pony’s and their families ! You folk always say that we made your day bring the pony’s and your children were able to ride them and spend a little time one on one with them but you all have been a true blessing to each of us allowing to make your children’s dreams come true !

We had a little tween ager stop by and she has road the same pony for the last 6-7 years in a row ! How cool is that ! This year was her last year to sit on the pony due to her growing up and moving on to bigger and better things !

You never know, she may become a horse back rider someday !

Thank you once again to Brad , the Hardin county Fair board and to our families who brought their lovely children to ride the pony’s ! You are all a true blessing to our hearts !

As our week begins, we are home resting for the week ! Getting something’s done around the house !

This last week we were at the Hardin county fair and what a great week it was . This weekend we will be at Macqueens orchard in Toledo and then off to the Tuscararus County Fair.
This will be our last fair of the season !

But do not worry, the rest of the month of September and all of October, we are double Booked each weekend ! We will keep you posted on our schedule !

The first weekend of November we will be closing for the season after the Greenville Ohio Festival at the Darke county fairgrounds !

Many have asked about pony rides for Birthday Parties and yes we do birthday parties on the off season and we do hand led pony rides during the evenings when we are not at a regularly scheduled event ! It is best to schedule these at least 2-3 weeks prior to the birthday party !
