CLIENTS: I will be having shoulder surgery the end of October, and will be out for a minimum of 8 weeks. That being said, I am doing my best to find coverage. If you have a farrier you used to use, potentially reach out and see if they can cover your horses for their appointment between 10/25 and Christmas.

Everyone who was on the books when I was out last year, thank you for being understanding, again. I've talked to most of you already at your last visit. If anyone has questions or concerns, please reach out.

CLIENTS: Thank you to everyone for allowing me to help care for your equine companions. Unfortunately, cost of gas and materials is up significantly and is forcing me to raise prices. Effective 02/15, basic trim will be $40/ horse, 1/2 set of shoes will be $80 and full set will be $95, unless otherwise stated.

Progress on a WLD case in a mini donkey, first 3 pictures are most recent, others are June. Hoof wall was cut to expose infection, owner did care at home, and it was put on a 5-6 trim cycle.

ATTENTION CLIENTS: After a long recovery, I will be back to work completely on June 31st. I want to thank everyone for their patience the last few months.

That being said, there are a few things to address as I come back to work. There will be a $10 flat gas fee for any visit over 15 miles from my home. Even with working from my car vs truck, the gas with traveling adds up quickly.

Second, I will be moving to Columbus for Veterinary School in July. This means my local clients will be moved to weekends or later in the evenings once classes start. Feel free to reach out if you want to schedule or have any questions!
