Dear valued clients, We would like to remind you that Sunday pickups are only available between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. or between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. As of January 1, 2024, these hours are strictly enforced so that we can maintain a healthy work-life balance. We kindly request that you refrain from contacting us via phone, text, or Facebook messages during our designated family time. Similarly, we ask that you avoid dropping by without an appointment between noon and 6 p.m. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the discontinuation of Sunday pickups for all clients. To all Pet Parents, please be aware that when booking our services, you have the option to select from a range of grooming options, including shaving/scissoring, brushing/bathing, and nail trimming. We kindly advise that if you wish to request a shave/scissor cut, it must be scheduled in advance, as we cannot guarantee its availability if requested upon drop-off, especially during periods of high demand. Thank you for your cooperation.

Good evening Pet Patents,
We are limited on space for the next couple of weeks! If you are trying to request a spot for now until after July 7th, we may not be able to accomodate all of your dates.
Sorry for the inconvenience, however this is a very busy time for us, due to the holiday and plant shut downs.
It is very important that when you get an email reminder of vaccines being due that you contact your vet to eliminate the delay in the process.
Vaccine reminders are sent out prior to the expiration dates.

6/4/24 Update- all invoices were sent out for those that have reservations confirmed for end of June/ first week of July. Please check your emails for invoice from Swipesimple. This is so you may enter cc info for your required deposit. This system, does not save the info, that is why you must enter cc info. Thanks
Good morning pet parents!
I will be sending out Deposit invoices to your email we have on file for upcoming 4th of July dates. This will include last week of June, first week of July and those weekends for some clients.
If your dog will be staying with us for a week a $100 deposit is required. If it is the weekend, then $50 deposit is required.
This deposit will be subtracted from your total. If reservation is cancelled a week prior to your arrival date, then deposit will be returned in full. If canceled less than a week, deposit will be forfeited.
This policy has not changed since it was first put into effect a couple of years ago.
Prompt payment of this deposit is appreciated. Once it has been paid, then I will add payment to the reservation. When I add required deposit to the reservation, you will receive an email that is autogenerated by Gingr. This will not be the invoice with cc access. You will receive a second email that will have invoice with cc payment option.
If you would like to pay with cash/check, please contact us immediately to make these arrangements.
We still have a few spots available in the main kennel for these dates. If you are still needing to make a reservation, do it soon or we will not have space for your fur baby!
