Somebody mentioned that they didn’t know we had red poodles! We didn’t really try to breed for red because of our merle specialty but sometimes that little e will pair up and produce reds. Her parents are phantom blue merle and black phantom. Cornelia is a hidden merle. Genetically she is kyky atat Bb Mm 🧬🧬🧬

Cornelia and Boo were two poodles that were born prematurely and hand raised by us. She is such a special girl ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Recently we were very blessed and imported 2 beautiful red toy poodles from China 🇨🇳 looking forward to reds in the future ♥️♥️♥️

He still hangouts in the young puppy pens because he’s so small but he’s actually 4 months old 🙈 he’s so little and compact but has matured well and is already starting a coat change. Anybody else agree that he should be named Kevin for Kevin Hart? 🤣 meep!

Here’s a great example on the importance of “knowing your lines” 🧬🧬🧬🧬

The mother to these two have always thrown me toys (with the exception of Claude, he is oversized) but as newborns they are chonky. They will chart as a small mini. When they turn about 4-5 weeks we can really start gauging their sizes better and they always end up slowing down to toy sizes.

When people inquire and we say “it’s hard to say…” it’s because of times like this. Mama is 4.5lbs and her past baby is only 3.9lbs at 9 months 😱😱😱

Chicken is a Brown Merle Tricolor and Waffle is a Phantom Blue Merle 🎨 they are both a beautiful masterpiece made here at BBK ✨ we have been getting lots of requests for examples of Teddy styles so we will be selecting a few lucky babies to grow out their muzzles to achieve this look. I received some shocking news this evening. The show community and the world has lost an amazing man. David Fleming was not only a handler but an amazing friend. It seems surreal because we just chatted about the Los Angeles fires and the snow that covered his car.

After the loss of Diane Finch, David “adopted” me and taught me what to look for in a Pomeranian. David took on an amateur like me and spent the time to teach me all the knowledge he had. We celebrated losses and so many wins 🏆 David had the heart of gold. He would send me pictures of his amazing home cooked meals that he would whip up every day for his wife, Barb, whom he loved with all his heart. Anybody that knew David was lucky to have such a wonderful man in their life and I can say I sure was blessed to be his friend and client.

I cannot imagine the heartache his family is feeling. The pain in their voice was heartbreaking when we spoke on the phone. Heaven gained an angel today.

Hart, Moo, Birkin, Chevelle, Bodhi, TicTac, Briolette all say Goodnight David. We will always miss you 🐾

Bills 💸 The Expenses Litter had their first face shave today 🪒🪒 What’s different about this litter is their coat is already so wavy and thick. Nice long noses and a bright expression 🖤 Japan import American Champion sired Toy Poodle

Happy babies learning to use the potty trays and weaning from mama a little bit at a time ☺️ independence is learned in subtle wins like taking naps away from mama and meeting “neighbors” (other litters). New smells and new areas are introduced around our house during this time as well!

Lisa sure did come in like a wrecking ball 💫💫💫
