d in 1987 by Bill and Jan Pearson. Jan Pearson was past president of the Michigan Quarter Horse Association and served several years on the Board of Directors of the Great Lakes Quarter Racing Association. Bill and Jan also owned and operated a large Quarter Horse breeding, training and teaching facility. After 30 successful years of selling Groundmaster stall flooring, Bill and Jan decided to retire. In 2015, Jan approached Andy and Robyn Burelle about re-establishing Groundmaster so that the product could continue to be offered for horse owners. Jan has oftentimes said, "This product is too good and too helpful not to be available." Andy has worked in the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association for 17 years working for premier rodeos across the country, such as Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, Salinas California Rodeo and Calgary Stampede. He also has past experience working for Groundmaster and realizes the industry need for this exceptional product. Robyn has a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University in Animal Science, focusing on equine studies. She has also worked at multiple horse training facilities in north Texas, including Tommy Manion's, Pete Kyle's and John Briggs. Jan feels with Andy and Robyn's experience in the equine industry, their work ethic, and the industry need for this product that the future of Groundmaster is secure.
