CCAH PET COSTUME CONTEST!

To qualify, you must come into the clinic to fill out a social media release and client information form.
Please bring your pet in costume with you, so we are able to take a picture.
The last day to submit a pet is October 31st.
We will announce the winner and prizes for the top 3 on November 1st!
*ONLINE SUBMISSIONS*
You can post a recent Halloween picture if you are unable to bring your pet in, but we still need you to come into the clinic and fill out the contest form!
